The LIFE Institute offers enriched learning, social, and volunteer opportunities for adults aged 50 and better. Our program offerings include a great mix of courses, activities, and events, that are held either virtually or in-person at The Toronto Metropolitan University campus in downtown Toronto.
Members get access to 90+ courses per year delivered across four semesters, clubs, interest groups, social events and volunteer opportunities. Our instructors are experts in their fields and passionate about their subjects.
